Meet the Doctor
Dr. Vitali Azouz
Dr. Vitali Azouz is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who grew up within a few miles of the Dallas practice he now runs. He takes an individualized approach to every patient, addressing functional as well as cosmetic concerns, and builds each plan around natural-looking results and patient-centered care rather than a house aesthetic.
Dr. Azouz graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with top honors and earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He trained in General Surgery at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, and completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida.

Dr. Azouz has published and presented on breast surgery, breast explant, abdominoplasty, liposuction, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift surgery and gynecomastia surgery. He serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, follows current literature closely, and attends national and regional plastic surgery meetings regularly.
During his plastic surgery training at Cleveland Clinic Florida he trained alongside a number of leading rhinoplasty surgeons, working across open, closed, preservation, structural and functional rhinoplasty techniques.
